• Federal Law of 29.12.2012 number 275-FZ "On State Defence Order".

• Federal law from 4.5.2013 number 44-FZ "About contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs".

• The decision of the Russian Government dated 26.12.2013 number 1275 "On the approximate conditions of government contracts (contracts) for the state defense order."
